We have a long history of engaging in various development projects both in Finland and internationally. Virpi is an experienced professional in international development cooperation, education sector development, and external fundraising. With over 14 years of experience, she has led global education export projects, focusing on non-EU and development bank-funded initiatives. She played a key role in launching the AntofaEDUCA programme in Chile and collaborating with the Inter-American Development Bank in the Caribbean.
Previously, she managed higher education cooperation and fundraising in Latin America at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Fluent in Finnish, English, and Spanish, Virpi excels in strategic partnerships and innovative education solutions.
With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Tiina is a dynamic professional who has worn many hats—journalist, educator, coach, entrepreneur, and startup developer. Her expertise spans creating entrepreneurial curriculums and innovation ecosystems at universities and vocational schools. At TAMK, she developed cutting-edge programs in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, and played a key role in establishing HUBS.

Tiina has managed several EU-funded projects, led Business Administration programs, and focused on advancing entrepreneurship through strategic R&D. She's trained hundreds of educators worldwide on team coaching and learning methods and has experience as both a startup ecosystem developer and entrepreneurship coach.
